You can permanently delete your MΛNIX Social account and its data at any time. This page applies to the MΛNIX Social Android app (package bot.tab.manixsocial) and the website.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open MΛNIX Social and sign in.
- Open your Profile and tap the ☰ menu (top right) to open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — On the web
Open manix-social.sites.tab.bot/settings/delete, sign in, enter your password and tap Delete.
Option 3 — By email (if you can't sign in)
Email sainimanish1164@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my MANIX Social account" and your username, from the email or phone number linked to the account. We verify that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, username, email, phone, bio, link, profile and cover photos) and password.
- All your posts, reels, stories, comments, likes, saves, follows and follow requests.
- All photos and videos you uploaded.
- Your notifications, sign-in sessions, push notification tokens and preferences, search history, and reports you made.
- Messages you sent are removed (text and media) from all chats.
What may be kept
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. An anonymous placeholder (an internal ID marked "deleted", with no name, email, phone or content) remains so chats and the system keep working and abuse can be prevented. "Report a problem" messages you sent to the app's support may be kept until they are resolved — email us to have them removed too. We may keep specific information longer only if Indian law requires it. Copies that other people saved themselves are outside our control.
Tip: before deleting you can download a copy of your data from Settings.
